Following Her Dream

What’s in season…Lettuce
We are pretty lucky to be able to have local lettuce year-round. Greenhouses, hydroponics and other advanced growing methods allow for a steady supply of lettuce in pretty much any climate. Lettuce grows rather quickly, and the turnover makes for efficient production. But, indeed, lettuce is seasonal.
