A followup to my previous comment, to let followers of this blog know that Atwater's social media person is right on the ball!! I got a flier this morning that provides complete nutritional information on all their breads! I'm pleased to report that several of the breads have less than 200 mg of sodium per serving (1.5 oz--and thanks for giving the serving size in ounces! The Big Guys try to fool consumers by using the metric system!). A few are down in the 150 mg per slice range--which makes it possible for me to have a serving once of those once in a while. More importantly, perhaps, many of the breads don't have much more than 200 mg per slice (serving), so for those who keep very careful track of your sodium intake those could work too. I just follow a rule of thumb of staying away from anything over 200 mg per serving to avoid carrying around a notebook (and, no, I don't do "apps," thanks very much....) and so with bread I try to minimize the salt so I can flex a little bit on the protein sources, which are more important in my particular diet. In summary, a big "shout-out" for Atwater's customer service!!!!

I'm with Ms. Lyman. I'm on a very restricted sodium diet, so no matter how much I like your excellent breads, I can't eat 'em unless I know their salt content.

For the last few years I have worked in Woodlawn. I try to live a good life and that means to eat good food. As the old saying goes, "you are what you eat". I believe in the Law of Attraction, in that, we attract what we focus on most. I must be focused on good living because ever since I found your store in Catonsville I cannot get enough of the wonderful soups. I bought two of the Tiffin boxes for days I cannot sit and eat. I 've brought nearly 10 people in over the last week. It would be nice to use the Tiffin at the other locations. Not for sure if Catonsville is the pilot location, if so I vote for expanding the idea! I am so happy and grateful for all that you do, keep up the good work! Be the Peace- Jasper Stanford

People on low salt diets (mine is prescribed for a fairly common hearing problem involving ear fluid but many are prescribed for high blood pressure and related heart problems) nevertheless need to minimize sodium intake and need to KNOW the salt content of the foods they eat -- please publish the data for your wonderful breads!

We are delighted that you enjoy the Three Potato Salad. We make it at our location in Barehills, but we have finished for the season. In the next few weeks we will begin making some Autumn Salads which may include a sweet potato salad. I know it won't be the same, but hopefully you can find something to fill up your buckets.

I would like to know the distributors name and/or what store location carries the THREE POTATOE SALAD. My location (Windsor) does not carry it anymore and I am very upset about it. That is one of the best potatoe salads I have ever had and I buy it by the bucket fulls.
